Trial & Billing

No. You can start your 14-day free trial with just an email address — no payment details required. You'll only be asked for billing information if you choose to continue after your trial ends.

When your 14-day trial ends, your account will be paused until you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data is kept safe and your settings are preserved — you can pick up right where you left off once you upgrade.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing section of your account. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated for the remainder of your billing period). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Customer Portal. There are no cancellation fees. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Setup & Integration

After creating a site in your dashboard, you'll get a one-line JavaScript snippet. Paste it anywhere inside the <body> tag of your website — no developer required. The widget loads asynchronously so it won't slow down your page.

Yes. The Starter plan supports up to 3 sites, and the Growth and Enterprise plans support unlimited sites. Each site gets its own widget, settings, business hours, and site key.

The widget is a plain JavaScript snippet that works on any website — WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, custom HTML, or any other platform that lets you add code to the page.

Yes. Each site has its own widget theme settings including colour presets, a custom colour picker, layout styles (default, minimal, rounded), and a dark mode option. Changes take effect instantly.

Features

The Starter plan supports up to 3 agents, Growth supports up to 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. Agents can be restricted to specific sites and optionally granted access to analytics.

Yes. You can configure business hours per site, including the time zone. The widget will display an offline state outside your set hours and come back online automatically.

No. Visitors can start chatting immediately. You can optionally enable a pre-chat form to collect their name and email address, as well as custom survey fields, before the conversation begins.

Yes. Both agents and visitors can share files including images, PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, and plain text files (up to 10 MB each).

Not yet. The staff portal is fully responsive and works well on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap.

Data & Security

All data is stored on servers located in Australia. Connections to the portal and widget are encrypted using HTTPS and WSS (secure WebSockets).

Data export is on our roadmap. In the meantime, email transcripts can be sent to guests at the end of a conversation, and you can contact us if you need an export.
