CS LiveChat is a live chat platform that allows businesses ("Tenants") to communicate with visitors on their websites in real time. The Service includes a staff portal, a JavaScript widget embed, and associated APIs.
To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. After a 14-day free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CS LiveChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
