Refund Policy

Free Trial

All new accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You will not be charged until your trial period ends and you choose to continue with a paid subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access to the Service until that date. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests made within 7 days of a charge in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged after cancelling your account due to a system error
  • You were billed twice for the same period
  • A significant service outage materially prevented you from using the Service during the billing period

We are unable to provide refunds for partial months of use, plan downgrades, or unused features.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@chequer.software with your account email address, the date of the charge, and a brief description of your reason. We will respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

Plan Changes

When you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the prorated difference immediately for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the new lower rate takes effect at the start of your next billing period — no partial refunds are issued for the current period.
